The session rooms are provided with one LCD projector for laptop computer presentation. Laptop computers are loaded with “power Point 2003” with 2007 compatibility so you can run 2007 files but cannot edit these files. Each session room will have this as will the Fortune Bay room which will be available for delegates to use prior to their presentation and throughout the conference. Staff will be available to assist on request. Plenary Lectures will be 1 hour in length while Invited Lectures will last 30 minutes. Oral Contributions will be strictly limited to 20 minutes each. A bell will ring 3 minutes before the end of each presentation (oral presentation), 5 minutes before the end (invited talks), and 10 minutes and 5 minutes before the end for plenary presentations.
Poster boards will accommodate posters 6’ wide x 3’ high. Posters can be attached to the boards using double sided Velcro. Author(s) are asked to place their materials on the assigned board prior to the sessions, beginning at 12:30, and remove them at the end of the poster session.
